What is Lili?
When does the the presale and the public sale start?
Our presale will start on June, 22nd at noon UTC and close on July 20th at noon UTC.
The crowdsale is planned in September 2018.
How do I register?
To participate in the Lili token presale, you must be fully registered. You must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes to be whitelisted.
Those who passed the whitelisting process will get an email notice and then be able to participate on the day of the presale.
When starts the whitelisting?

As mentioned, this includes fulfilling our KYC requirements as we do background checks to ensure nobody from banned countries registers nor anybody found on watch-lists.
What is the public pre-sale offer?
For the presale participants, we allocate a bonus depending on the date of their contribution. This would allow us to reward our more motivated contributors!
- 30% BONUS DURING PRESALE, 1 ETH = 1,300 LIL
- 20% BONUS ON DAY 1 OF PUBLIC SALE, 1 ETH = 1,200 LIL
- 10% BONUS UNTIL 16,000 ETH RAISED, 1 ETH = 1,100 LIL
- NO BONUS AFTERWARDS, 1ETH = 1,000 LIL
What is the token price?
The price of the LIL token is 0.001 ETH (so that 1 ETH will get you 1,000 LIL). BTC and EUR contributions are converted in real time using the Kraken API.
What is the Hard Cap?
36,000,000 tokens maximum will be issued, out of which 70% will be for sale during the Token Sale, with a hard cap set at 20,000 ETH.
The unsold tokens will be destroyed.

What are the accepted currencies?
- We accept Ether for a minimum amount of 0.5 ETH
- We accept Bitcoin for a minimum amount of 0.05 BTC
- We accept Euro for a minimum amount of 250 EUR
Who are the authorized contributors?
Everyone can participate except citizens and residents from the United States, China, Syria, Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, South Sudan and Cuba.
What is the token type?
The LIL token is a utility token, required to access Lili’s services and tradeable against other cryptocurrencies.
What is the founders commitment to this project?
The founders will keep their token for at least 2 years from the date of distribution to show their commitment.
What will be the raised funds allocation?
How to transfer ETH to Lili?
For those who received an email saying that you completed the whitelisting process, you should already see the payment information on your dashboard accessible here https://lili.am/dashboard
To contribute, you just need to send your contribution to our smart contract using the address mentioned in your dashboard and depending on the payment method you choose.
For payment in Ether or Bitcoin, the transaction must be sent from services such as MyEtherWallet, MyCrypto, imToken; and hardware wallets such as Ledger, Trezor.
Do not use a wallet from an exchange, otherwise we would not be able to recognize your transaction.
