I empathize! And I’m looking where you’re pointing. Yet for me, and where I’m at with ‘sustainability’ work — I don’t like the title/frame of ‘breakup’. I’d rather ‘grow with/up/evolve’ — do we discard the word and momentum because not everyone has moved past styrofoam? Progress is not uniform, but big changes will come seemingly suddenly as result from years of groundwork! Yes, lets go deeper into what do we want to sustain and start talking re/generative — And the front of this movement needs to get into the core products/systems a lot more, a lot deeper, and now — Yet, a lot of people are sincerely still at the ‘how do we recycle’ stage, let’s not abandon them
