How to make perfect pour-over coffee

A coffee brewing guide from Lineage Coffee Roasters

No other brewing method gives as much control and flexibility as the pour-over method

Supplies needed


  1. Grind 30 grams of coffee to a medium-fine grind
  2. Heat 445 grams of filtered water
  3. Place the filter into the pour-over and add coffee
  4. Pour just enough water over the coffee to fully wet the grounds
  5. Let rest for 30 seconds and gently add remaining water
