About Development And Our Vision — A Linkage Finance Diary

this Diary will highlight different aspects about Linkage Finance, its development, its vision and of course what we are currently working on and what’s on the horizon.
What is currently happening and what is in store for Linkage Finance?
Development and Smart Contracts
As you might already know, we are currently preparing for the last Testnet Phase (Phase 3) before we are getting ready for Mainnet. This means that a big focus is currently put on finishing the development of the Smart Contracts that will be used in Phase 3 to make sure that all the different protocol features are working flawlessly in the next Phase.
Our updated and enhanced Whitepaper and Roadmap
Recently we updated our Whitepaper which now gives more information to its readers. This includes that we dive in deeper with more in-depth explanations about Linkage Finance and how the protocol will be working. In addition, the whitepaper contains our updated roadmap.

Feedback Integration
As we are still in Phase 2 we are currently putting a big focus on Feedback Integration as well! We get great Feedback about varies topics which helped us to improve the Testnet. In addition, we are closely watching discussions about different Parameters of the Linkage Finance Testnet. It is great to see Community Members discussing how much LIFI needs to be held in order to be able to create a Fund on Linkage Finance. We are planning on putting up a proposal on our Community Voting System which gives us great insights into how the Community thinks about this upcoming event.
Our Vision
We believe, that investing into a dozen of Native Assets at the same time should not be more complicated than buying a single one. One of the main reasons why ETFs play such an important role in the Traditional Finance Sector is because they are easy to use/buy/sell. For Linkage this should not and will not be any different.
At Linkage Finance we have several cornerstones that guide us towards making sure that these principles are included in what Linkage Finance will be. These are:
Sustainable Development
Rule Number 1: Do not rush. Rule Number 2: Never forget about Rule Number 1. We want to make sure things are working flawlessy. Of course within a testing process bugs need to be fixed and things need to be adjusted, but we always want to make sure that the first release is solid as otherwise trust and reputation could be breached.
Security
Security is one of our main goals. We want users to feel and be safe. This includes rigorous testing and once we are closer to Mainnet, an Audit by an experienced auditor.
Simplicity
Everybody should be able to use Linkage Finance, this is why we strive for our protocol to be easy to use. Not only should this include people who are already familiar with the Crypto Space. We include and welcome people that have not been in touch with Crypto and Decentralization before. A easy to use Interface and Educational Tutorials will help in making sure everybody can understand the functions of the Linkage Finance Protocol and can make use of it.
Community Inclusion
We want to give the Community the possibility to help shape the future of Linkage Finance. Together we can grow! Different methods and systems help us in achieving this:

With the help of the Community and their feedback we can make sure to focus on a vast number of different aspects. This would not be possible without the great ideas of our valued Community members.
Marketing
As we move closer and closer with consistent pace towards Phase 3 and ultimately Mainnet we want to make sure that people hear about the possibilites and advantages Linkage Finance will deliver. To make the concept of Linkage Finance graspable in an even easier and better way, we will soon begin to start publishing tweets explaining all functions in-depth. This will mark the beginning of our End of Testnet/Beginning of Mainnet Marketing Efforts.
