Why You Shouldn’t Overworkout?

Usually, I’d workout about 40–50 mins a day for 3–4 days every week to try to lose weight. But, all it did was caused me to gain weight by working out over 30 minutes a day totalling 120–150 minutes a week. Normally, I’d go for a walk on the treadmill, dance, and do normal workout for over 40–50 minutes a day for 3–4 days a week for a total of 120–150 minutes a week.

Warning:

Don’t overworkout for more than 30 minutes a day for 3–4 days a week every week.

Tip: Work out for only 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week.

When I purchased a few foods and put them inside the refrigerator, someone steals and eats them. Now, to prevent thieves from stealing and eating your foods. Used a sticky note, put your name, and the foods’ names on the sticky note to let others know which foods is yours, so they don’t probably steal and eat it anyway. If you don’t, then you have wasted your time and money on getting the foods.

How Do You Used a Underwater Explorer Vehicle to Discover Sea Animals?

There’s a lot of sea animals that hasn’t been explored in the oceans. What if we used some type of submarine vehicle to explore the oceans and discovered new animal species underwater? For example, used a submarine-like vehicle on five of the world’s oceans; North Pacific Ocean, South Pacific Ocean, North Atlantic Ocean, South Atlantic Ocean, and Indian Ocean to discover new species of sea animals underwater.

Seek volunteer experience, learn and improve your skills, learn how to write a professional/good resume, learn how to drive, don’t waste any money on restaurants, spent your food money only at grocery stores, and save money on food money, get a debit card of your bank choice, sell your video games, and video game accessories on Craigslist, eBay, and Amazon online.

If you wait longer than 10 months to get a refund on your Netflix subscription because you haven’t used it for a long while. You won’t be able to get a refund because Netflix won’t be able to find your old Netflix account that no longer has a subscription.

If you wait longer than 2 years to get a refund from transactions of purchasing a subscription with a TV streaming app that you aren’t using. You won’t be able to get a refund because Chase can’t look up any transactions on your bank account after 2 years.

If you wait longer than a month to get a refund after someone made unwanted transactions on your bank account, and closed your bank account afterwards. TCF Bank won’t be able to give you a refund for unwanted transactions on your account because your bank account been closed for a long time.

If your a male, do not drink more than 15.5 cups of water a day. If your a female, do not drink more than 11.5 cups of water a day. If you do, it could cause you to have problems. Drinking too much water in a day can kill you.
