Feeling alone and abandoned often accompanies chronic pain

Four secrets I learned as a nurse to help with this

Wonderful things are always happening with you, my cherished clients and friends. We meet, we connect, you share, I listen, the session starts…

You leave talkative at times, others not as much, but always with a clearer head, and a shifted body chemistry.

I’m hoping your world is bright again. Then we repeat the process in a week, two weeks, a month or whatnot. Having this experience to step into is your emotional Rock of Gibraltar. It’s a YES moment for your whole body.

I usually feel I haven’t given enough, a made-up story as are most of the thoughts that make us feel awful. But even so, I feel responsible to provide the filler when you ask ”What do I do in between?”

Here’s your rinse and repeat recipe.

Recipe to Shift Your Chronic Pain Experience

When you feel alone or abandoned by pain:
1. Shift your gaze.

2. Place your right hand between your chest and left on your belly.

3. Breathe in to a count of three and out to a count of three.

4. When the emotions get big, move your body and tap on your thighs.

Rinse and repeat.

Why?: This recipe sends pain relieving hormones to your joints, muscles, and mind, like your own pharmacy.

In just two weeks, five more people have the chance to come with me for 10 weeks to see what is possible with their chronic pain.

So go ahead, connect soon and tell me about your pain.

The tides are shifting…the lights are burning. I will support and guide you in the most amazing ways.
