It’s hard to get back into the groove of exercising once a person stops, at least that has been my situation when I stop. Winter is even harder. Don’t be tough on yourself, you will do it if and when your ready. They say a daily brisk walk helps a person to shape up a bit and it’s good cardiovascular wise too :) Maybe if we feel pressure to ‘work out,’ we just need to find what it is we enjoy. Working out can seem like a chore! It’s harder to build muscle as we age too.
