Thank you Darren for sharing your story — I had no idea. I read your “other” blog and happened to go on your Twitter to share that other blog post and saw this.

I know many people around me that suffer from depression and this article will be shared with them. I hope it will help them find a few ideas at least to try from your list. I sometimes feel depressed when the time or seasons change. It can really be paralzying.

I remember one time my mother had it so bad she was in the hospital and could not move. Her and my dad thought she was sick but no, it was a case of depression! Medicine made a big difference. And she didn’t need to stay on it all the time.

Thank you for all the tips and ideas. I especially love the tip on how to start your day. I’ve been thinking about that a lot and changing that morning routine.
