Development
LiskHQ/lisk
- Released Lisk v0.4.0a to Testnet.
LiskHQ/lisk-website
- Updated the ambassadors overview page.
- Updated the conference overview page.
- Began work on the bounty page.
Marketing
- Received and checked PR strategy from WachsmanPR.
- Prepared PR materials for DevCon2.
- Prepared a press release with WachsmanPR “Popular Blockchains Steem and Lisk Approved for Apple’s App Store”.
- Published our weekly newsletter The Week in Retrospect — September 15, 2016.
Community
- Published Community Update — September 10th, 2016.
- Held the monthly technical community meeting and published Lisk Community Technical Meeting Summary — September 10th.
- Finished preparing the Development Bounty Programme guidelines and began preparing the blog post for its launch.
- Began preparing the Lisk Fund blog post.
- Began preparing the official WachsmanPR partnership announcement blog post.
Management
- Contacted dozens of design agencies for the rebranding of Lisk.
- Investigated another WeWork location in Berlin. We stay at Potsdamer Platz.
- Booked an additional WeWork office for two persons starting in October.
- Held virtual meetings with three design agencies for the rebranding.
- Received contract from the recruitment agency to find developers (1x front end, 1x back end).
- Improved job descriptions for front end, back end, and marketing positions.
Misc
- Made travel preparations for the Web Summit conference in Lisbon.
