Representing the Human Heart….

Today, love descended upon Los Angeles California.

The universe is proudly represented by human athletes who are beautiful examples of courage, valiant effort and the heart of our humanity. I am so proud of all who see past difference and choose compassion for their fellow man and woman. I am equally as proud of all the athletes who choose to accept the challenge of competition and see it as an opportunity to overcome all barriers and adversity along their journey. All of our Special Olympics athletes, their families, supporters and spectators are shining examples of love….representing the Human Heart of our Universe.

Best of luck to all, good health and godspeed…. but especially for my local participants, a shout out of special love to Little Rhody!!!
