On Februrary 2nd, I was looking at trans news on Google and I found an article, ‘Opinion | As Kids, They Thought They Were Trans. They No Longer Do.’ Btw this article was written by Pamela Paul, the woman who defended JK Rowling the day after NYT was sent a letter by its contributors criticizing its trans coverage.

Right from the start it was clear where this was going

But right-wing demagogues are not the only ones who have inflamed this debate. Transgender activists have pushed their own ideological extremism, especially by pressing for a treatment orthodoxy that has faced increased scrutiny in recent years.
