The Tories Think Banning Puberty Blockers From Private Clinics Will Save Them
So the Conservatives have banned puberty blockers from private clinics after banning them from the NHS. When they banned them from the NHS, it wasn’t quite as serious because trans people don’t really seem to trust them too much for trans care.
But this? This is an outright attack on trans minors.
I’m just not clear how the British got to this point where they think this issue is big enough to merit this kind of focus. I was watching a clip from The New Statesman’s Youtube channel and Andrew Marr was talking about how he thought the SNP went too far Left on trans rights, and Starmer can learn a lot from that.
Of ALL times, they think this is necessary?
They can’t even fucking figure out if Starmer is gonna do anything about Brexit or just leave things as they are, and trans rights is the problem they somehow all fall on?
