Demons
Let me tell you about these demons. About these tiny terrible voices. About their weak and villainous pleas. Filled with darkness. Wrapped in hate. Let me tell you about their manipulations. The way they pull me in and trick my racing mind. My heavy heart. I shut my eyes and there they dance. With smiles and wild eyes. I stumble and they catch me. Their long and snarly fingernails cut me. Wounded by their acts and lost within their element. I drown in their thick sea of lies, this black abyss of pain. Cloaked and veiled and hidden by good intentions. These demons are disguised. These demons are one. This demon is her.
