We’ve all been there.

With current condition of the roads post winter ’14, driving is like dodging land mine potholes.

Zip and zag, try as you may but then THUD. You brace yourself, feeling that pang of dread, waiting to hear the Tire Pressure Monitor Alert.

There is that horrible alert, and the light pops on the dash, your face askew in grimace. So, you safely get to the side of the road and have choices.

If you have AAA, you call. The likeliness of a long wait is not favorable. Maybe you have roadside assistance…or maybe you think:

I’m going to change the flat tire myself. H ere is a step by step how to change your tire.

(note: some newer manufactured vehicles do not come equipped with a spare, but a tire mend kit; sometimes spare tires can be ordered through the dealership, check with your parts/service/sales consultant.)
