Khoa Le (Pronounced as Kwa) was born on June 2nd, 1980 in Chanthaburi, Thailand. He was a refugee immigrant from Vietnam and became a United States Citizen at the age of 5. He is most notably known as a director, producer, and entrepreneur. Here are 10 things you might not know about Khoa Le.

For Bezos, Khoa was brought onto the project early as a director for the biopic film. Bezos chronicles the true-life story of Jeff Bezos, a humble yet awkward entrepreneur on his mission to create Amazon, the world’s largest e-commerce company, and turn himself into the richest man in the world. Khoa also has two widely anticipated documentaries coming soon, a Vanilla Ice Documentary, and one about Jose Feliciano.

Khoa’s business KVIBE is a full-service production facility that does everything, including virtual production. The company won the award for fastest growing business from the SBDC/SBA in the state of New Jersey. The Company went from a 480 square foot space to buying an 8,000 square foot building, within 6 years. The business was also selected for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

6. His favorite movie is Field of Dreams.

Khoa is a huge baseball fan and has loved the movie as a child, watching it over 300 times. He loves the idea of people living out their dreams. Building, taking initiative and leading the way have always been in Khoa’s DNA.

7. He Never Stops Learning, Even After Julliard and Rutgers.

Khoa was extremely talented in the arts and has a continued desire to innovate. Immediately after graduating from Rutgers, with a Bachelor in Arts as a music major, he went straight into Julliard for music composition. He says the most important attribute he walked away with was the community aspect and still continues with innovation to this day.

Khoa always makes sure that he leads his employees to greatness. He is always first to arrive and last to leave. He also believes that everyone should have role models to emulate and learn from. He loves Ellon Musk’s philosophy on life, Bezos for his ambition to not regret, Warren Buffet’s empathy, and Steve Jobs for bettering people’s lives with technology. Khoa had no experience directing a feature film when he was contacted by a filmmaker friend, who thought Khoa’s leadership skills would translate into him being a great director. The project was challenging from the get-go and Khoa would have to lead them through production. Fitting that Walt Disney’s philosophy was to chase your dreams and make the world a better place. Khoa still follows this philosophy today.

10. Khoa Says Leadership Is the Key to What Makes Live Picture Studios so Successful.

Another one of Khoa’s companies is Live Picture Studios, which is a cinematic video and photography company for the wedding industry. The infrastructure and philosophy are the basis for many of Khoa’s other companies that followed. The company is one of the most successful companies in its industry, filming over 500 weddings per year and growing. The company’s philosophy is creating an experience that reminds people that their love is what brought them to get married.
