Alex’s fitness App “CrockFit” has become a global sensation. Helping people all over the world get fitter, healthier and happier. The App includes Home and Gym workouts, which guides people on all levels of their fitness journey. His user base has grown so large and strong they have become known as the CrockFit Community.
