Loopring Holiday Trading Giveaway: $600,000 in Prizes!
2021 has been a year of transformation for all Loopringers. Following the official launch of our Layer 2 protocol, relayer, DEX, and smart wallet in 2020, Loopring and its community have gone through an astonishing year of growth. L2 accounts and Smart Wallets have surged, and Loopring trading volume has grown 100x in the past year. We will continue to scale Ethereum by improving Loopring’s high speed, low fee L2 ecosystem with many new additions to come.
At the same time, the LRC token has enjoyed a period of strong growth, further strengthening the Loopring ecosystem and its community. To show our sincere appreciation for the community’s support and to encourage further onboarding onto Layer 2, we are excited to bring you a holiday trading tournament with $600,000 worth of tokens up for grabs!
During the period from December 23 0:00AM(UTC) to December 30 0:00AM(UTC), we will have an exciting one-week swap tournament, supporting seven trading pairs. The first 4 pairs will come from Loopring, and will include 50,000 LRC rewards per pair, for a total of 200,000 LRC in rewards. The rest are sponsored by the corresponding projects, with 40,000 RICE rewards for RICE/USDT, 150,000 MOVD rewards for MOVD/ETH and 1,225,000 DEP rewards for DEP/ETH.

Activity Rules：
- All Loopring L2 or Smart Wallet users that trade in the above seven trading pairs are eligible for the trading competition. We will rank the top 100 addresses in terms of volume (AMM+Orderbook) per pair, and provide them with a total of $600,000 rewards. If you use the Loopring mobile Smart Wallet to trade, your volume will be weighted an extra 50% higher. (i.e., Smart Wallet users will receive a 1.5x multiplier in trading volume)
- The rewards of the top 25 traders in first 4 flagship pairs will be as follows, 1st place will be rewarded with 10,000 LRC;
The users ranked 26–100 will each be rewarded with 100 LRC.
- For RICE/USDT, MOVD/ETH and DEP/ETH, the actual size of the reward will scale based on the total reward, but maintain the same function.
e.g. RICE/USDT, the rewards of the top 25 traders will be as follows, 1st place will be rewarded with 8,000 RICE;
The users ranked 26–100 will each be rewarded with 80 RICE.
e.g. MOVD/ETH, the rewards of the top 25 traders will be as follows, 1st place will be rewarded with 30,000 MOVD;
The users ranked 26–100 will each be rewarded with 300 MOVD.
e.g. DEP/ETH, the rewards of the top 25 traders will be as follows, 1st place will be rewarded with 245,000 DEP;
The users ranked 26–100 will each be rewarded with 2,450 DEP.
- Rewards will be directly distributed to winners’ Layer 2 accounts before December 31.
- Loopring reserves the right to final decisions and interpretations of the rules of the swap tournament.
