Thank you for writting this. Your story is very similar to mine. Today I’m going to the doctor’s office to treat my panic attacks and anxiety disorder (finally, after almost 6 years, I just gave up and will look for help) and my dad is coming with me. We have the same daughter/father dinamic. I haven’t sleep in 3 weeks and he’s been up all night just making me company. He hasn’t uttered the words “I love you” but that gesture of no sleeping until I fall asleep, is enough for me. Again, thanks for sharing and I hope you are well now.
