I totally agree with this. When I work for people that value my work and forced me to expand my skills with good feedback, I strive to go outside the box and learn. Oftentimes the “Corporate” world can give you an okay title but not the true experience and career growth. Having a mentor or peers to guide you is a lot more rewarding than just being another employee (number) in a big company.
