Back in April I wrote a piece about Microsoft Kaizala, what it was and why it exists.
A couple of weeks ago Microsoft announced that Kaizala was now part of the Office 365 suite, and rolling out to all customers worldwide.
In this week’s episode of 365 Unplugged, Alistair Pugin and I ask the question: “why is Kaizala now part of Office 365?”
