Being Impartial

What if we treated everyone the same? Not in the sense of treating different races the same or treating different religions the same, but actually treating each human with the same level of attention and attitude with each and every interaction?

I believe this approach helps someone to learn, grow and to better understand themselves.

When we treat those who we like with positive energy and undivided attention, we do so because we already know what we like about them and accept them to be good.

On the other hand, the people who are different than us, who don’t agree with our lines of thinking and approach life in a different way, we tend to not interact with them in the same manner.

I think that takes away the possibility of learning because if we approach these people with an open mind and willingness to hear them out will give us a better understanding of a world we don’t live in and it will also strengthen the perception of the world that we do live in.

Being impartial towards others gives us the ability to be unbiased in a world that is more than one-sided. It allows us to see more sides of life than our own and in that we can learn something.
