Executive Decision Making

An executive decision is scary because the outcome designates full responsibility to it’s decision maker.

There’s risk in making executive decisions and that’s why there’s not that many people willing to make them so we hire CEO’s, managers or organizers to do the decision making for us.

But what about when it comes to the decisions of your life? In that realm of decision making it ultimately comes down to executive decisions in all of the decisions you make because there’s no one else who’s going to make them for you.

How you spend your time, your energy and your effort is totally up to you and no one else. Not accepting this truth is an attempt to shift responsibility of your decision making to someone or something else that is outside of you.

When we accept that the actions we take come from our executive decision making, then we now have the control over how we will approach things at any given time. When we don’t accept it, we leave our decision making to what appears to be by chance and it will fluctuate how we approach life because we will always be reacting instead of responding throughout our lives.
