Thank you Medium for being a platform that serves as one of many vehicles for spreading ideas throughout the world.

I often take the internet for granted and don’t realize how powerful it is. Sharing ideas has always been an asset to the human race and it has enables us to accomplish great feats.

We learn from each other and improve upon what others have passed down to us. The access to this knowledge has never been greater than it is today and I’m truly blessed to be alive during a time that a tool exists such as the internet to serve as the global brain.

Anything that you’d like to learn about, hear about, or converse about is available right at your figure tips. Literally.

And just as anything in life there are pros and cons to the internet. Those who can’t discipline themselves enough to find balance when using the tool or placing the internet above human presence will weed themselves out from the rest of the people who do use it properly and use it to improve themselves that as a result will make the world a much better.

And for Medium, thank you for giving us a platform to discuss our ideas and giving others the opportunity to peer into the lives as others. We share access to each other and to our lives that we live and spreading that knowledge is super valuable to all that use the platform in the right way. This wouldn’t have been possible only a generation ago, but in today’s world we can have conversations that span across the world in real time. That’s as real as it gets and I’m thankful to have the chance to experience it.
