Well Being
When our well being is dictated by external factors that’s when things become unstable. When I mean external factors, I’m talking about things that are outside of what nature requires.
Nature requires us to have food, shelter, and water. Once we have these things in place,to allow external factors to distract us, delay us or deny us is just a waste of time.
We won’t live forever and to allow what’s going on inside of other people’s minds to affect what’s going on in our own is wasted energy.
See things as they are and not as you’d like them to be and go from there because when you’re honest with yourself and about the situation you’re dealing with, then is the time where you can take steps towards learning something new and becoming stronger because of it.
