I personally love to wake up and do five to ten minutes of mindfulness meditation followed by brewing on my V60 pour over. It slows me down and really makes me set the stage for a peaceful spacious day. And in the summer I can convert my pour over experience into the Japanese style iced coffee pour over, so good!
