Guide: Bridge Luchadores to Polygon

Luchadores arrived on Ethereum in May 2021, with 100% on-chain and provable randomness using Chainlink VRF.

Now you can bridge your Luchadores to Polygon, where our gamefi ecosystem is being built.

Ethereum to Polygon

Select “Eth to Polygon” tab

Approve contract

This allows the bridge contract to transfer your Luchadores

Select Luchadores

Select up to 20 Luchadores

Deposit

When you deposit a Luchador to Polygon, the Luchador is locked in a smart contract on Ethereum and a new Luchador is minted to your address on Polygon.

It will take 22–30 minutes for state sync to happen. Once state sync happens, you will automatically receive the Luchador on Polygon!

Select Luchadores

Select up to 20 Luchadores

Withdraw

When you withdraw a Luchador back to Ethereum, the Luchador is burned on Polygon.

It will take 30–90 minutes for a checkpoint to happen. Once the next checkpoint includes the burn transaction, you can unlock your Luchador on Ethereum.

Unlock Luchador on Ethereum

1. Select the “Eth to Polygon” tab and connect to Ethereum.
2. Locate the “Polygon Withdrawals” list and click “Check Status”.
   If your luchador has been included in a checkpoint, the “Withdraw” button will activate.

Be aware that withdrawing back to Ethereum is a gas intensive activity.
