Great tools. The only problem is that the tool is only as good as the people using it.
TBH: some use it better than others. But mostly that’s due to not having formal training or guidelines.
Once your tools are in place? There also needs to be a standard for whomever is in charge of communications. A set of guidelines like: Event notices will always be sent via email & posted two weeks prior on Facebook. Calendars will be updated weekly. Etc…
When you are using multiple channels? Parents get confused where to look and stop looking entirely.
