iPad Unfinished Business

Maybe we can see a paralell between iPod’s and iPad’s evolution.
1-The first iPod was what latelly became the Classic.
2-Following it came the mini and then the nano, smaller than the original. Same power.
3-Then came the shuffle: almost the ‘esence’ of a music player.
4-Then came the iTouch: a quite more wide open and powerful device, much more than a ‘music player.’
On the iPad side we have:
1-The original, now ‘middle sized.’
2-The mini/air: same but smaller.
3-¿The iPad shuffle?
4-The iPad Pro: power to the next level.
It seems to me they are very similar path of developments.
(The iPad shuffle should be a ‘just a media consumtion or iBook reader.’)
