Unfortunately some forms of fat (the ones you mentioned) are inherently expensive. Shop around and buy long life items such as nuts in bulk. Eggs, olive oil and butter are other options to top up your fat consumption.
Additionally, try and save some cash in your proteins and veg. Nothing wrong with canned tuna, chicken thighs and frozen veg- the nutritional differences between fresh and frozen are for all intents and purpose negligible.
