Hi, Matthew. We understand that a number of customers that ordered non-white units have had their orders held up because non-white units are not in stock. Unfortunately, because we don’t have access to Amazon’s database, we can’t change orders (or contact customers who ordered via Amazon to see if they are okay with the color to white swap). Amazon has white units in-stock and they are shipping them out daily. However, it seems as though they are requiring people to call in and request the swap versus them manually shipping what is in stock. We have had customers lately who have contacted Amazon (via phone) and had them CANCEL their non-white order & place a new order, honoring the pre-order rate for a white unit (or 3-pack) and they received their Luma within a day or so. That could be an option. However, if Amazon is not willing to honor the pre-order rate for the white units, we can assist with placing an order for a white unit directly from http://GetLuma.com for the pre-order rate.
