It’s bizarre to me that you think speaking candidly with him about his large and obvious flaws is “seeking validation.” And equally bizarre that you think there wasn’t sexism on his part. Maybe you and I didn’t read the same brief essay — the one I read was about this guy’s sexism and the role it played in the company he runs.
