Japan in the 2015 summer

Let’s get lost

Chapter 1 Experience Japanese Transportation

Tokyo Station

With the highest honor of my bottom, 1st time Shinkansen Bullet High Speed Train from Tokyo to Osaka, 1st time lost in Japanese train station, a must do. After the plane landed at Narita airport, I lately got e-mail from hostel about checking in due to time zone mismatch then i had to manage everything done and i needed to leave Tokyo earlier that I had already planned.

Then, I reserved for airport shuttle bus ticket at the cheaper price as the officer saw my shocked face, haha, nope she asked me for a student id card and passport and i’m still under criteria yeahh!!

The bus took around one and a half hour from airport to downtown. At Tokyo station, I as an apprentice traveller, saw the sign of tourist information, I felt it was really really attractive, there I could buy a Shinkansen ticket.

That time 9PM, I had approximately 10 mins left to get on train, so I decided to directly go inside, unexpectedly, I misunderstood bus terminal after recognizing the conflict between train number and time to leave. With only 3 mins left before that USD220 cost train would leave, I was excited since the ticket couldn’t be refunded otherwise I need to buy a new one. I ran down to the ground floor in order to ask the authority how I can get to the true train terminal, I just must use the other side escalator, no time to think much, I ran up there and checked the bus number, terminal, and time leaving. I got in and I found my seat and plug socket to recharge my electrical device.

On train, it was comfortable, quiet like you are on plane, and provided food services but I hadn’t asked about price. I planned for the next day trip and took a nap.

It costed you about 2.30 hours from Tokyo to Osaka

Next Chapter is about a day in Osaka
