My parents are Jamaican, so I tick the Black-Caribbean box; not sure why it’s the same size/relevance as the Black-African box.

The language still matters, unfortunately like lines on the map it has meaning now. Maybe it’s endemic to people, to have to create a hierarchy; but even if not as long as there is want/need there will be people preying on such divisions for their own agenda.
