10 examples of efficial guerrilla marketing

“Fewer words — more creativity!” — this slogan shows us the whole essence of guerrilla marketing. Its task is to get as close as possible to the consumer and “shoot” the advertisement directly into the brain when nobody is ready for that. The unpredictability of such attacks breaks down everyday routine. That’s why guerrilla advertising is entertaining, surprising and … is remembered!

We’ve found 10 inspirational examples of guerrilla marketing. They vividly illustrate how imagination and ingenuity are victorious over the large advertising budgets.

  1. Sprite. Sprite chose a difficult way to promote their product. To build a beach shower in the form of a lemonade machine is a very challenging task, but the result is worth it! Which drink will be recalled by vacationers languishing from the hot sun?

2. Siemens. Just a little imagination and revolving doors of the office center turn into giant whips of a Siemens mixer. Even if you would like to forget such a sight, you could not. I wonder who the people in the office center are, and how do they feel in that moment?

3. The series “Dexter”. Brr, frightening, but those who have watched at least one season of this movie about a serial killer won’t be frightened by such a spectacle. I would like to see how the buyers of this butcher shop reacted to such an ambiguous installation.

4. Jobsintown.de. “Life is too short for the wrong work.” There is always a feeling that real people are sitting inside the vending machines. How does this box know how to make 30 different types of coffee?

5. Lifebroker “Death happens.” Seeing in front of you the installation in the form of a safe, that have fallen from nowhere is definitely forced you to look up. There you will see the guerrilla advertising from the insurance company.

6. Doom. “Get to where they live.” Have you ever thought about how cockroaches live? Maybe, they sleep in soft beds and gather the whole family for dinner… Look at this miniature sculptural group in the wall of a house, and even somehow you feel sorry for them.

7. Rav-Bariach. The Israeli company Rav-Bariach has clearly demonstrated the slogan of the majority of firms that manufacture and install entrance doors: “Your door is your face.”

8. Would you like to know how you look in clothes by the Swedish fashion house Arkaden? Just look in the mirror! Stylish outfits are ready and applied to the mirror surface. You need to adopt an identical pose and enjoy.

8. Travel Wisconsin. The travel company transfers on a wonderful vacation in Wisconsin using interactive mirrors. Passers-by enjoy pleasures from their reflection and think about emotions which are waiting for them during their journey!

9. CK KOO. Business card designer who, in the literal and figurative sense, wears women in different clothes. Choose any.

10. Carlsberg. In the streets of London, 5,000 pounds sterling of 10 and 20 notes were scattered. There was a sticker on each of them that claims: “Carlsberg does not produce garbage. But even if it did, it would probably be the best garbage in the world. ” This campaign hit the national news and received a wide range of fans.
