We are delighted to share that on the 12th of June 2020, we will be launching a series of online conversations with African Feminist Communicators That We Love.
Join these conversations to learn more about the ways in which African feminists are using a wide range of communication tools to highlight key causes and issues. Get to know African feminist communicators, their work, and what motivates them to do what they do.
Our guest for June is Vickie Remoe. She is the Chief Content Marketing Officer at VR&C Marketing Company where she develops communications and media strategies for entrepreneurs, policymakers and project leaders in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia and beyond.
Vickie is also the producer and presenter on The Vickie Remoe Show, Sierra Leone’s first independently produced business and travel TV show since 2009. Get to know Vickie and follow her on all social media platforms via @VickieRemoe
Our guest for July is Françoise Moudouthe. She is the founder of Eyala, a bilingual platform that explores what it means to be an African feminist today by curating conversations that delve into African women’s experiences of living by feminist values. Françoise works as an international consultant on advocacy, strategy development and movement-building for women’s rights, and she is a member of the Board of the Malala Fund and WATHI Think Tank. You can find out more about Françoise’s work at www.eyala.blog and on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
Who else would you like us to be in conversation with? Let us know the African feminist communicators that you love, and would want to learn more about.
