Recently ,we delivery one small size of microwave thawing system to our customer. Under high frequency radiation, microwave oscillate molecule friction in order to generate heat in the core of material. Using tempering method can reduce production cost, improve efficiency, free bacteria and small footprint.

We adopt 915MHZ microwave wave has a better efficient and penetration than 2450MHz with environmentally friendly. The microwave equipment is widely applied for defrosting meat defrost ( pork, beef, chicken and duck), fruit defrost, shrimp defrost, scallop and fast food. It quickly rise time back to -4~-2℃ prior to next process.
