MCX Copper futures end higher on Monday
Copper News | MCX Copper Live Chart
Copper futures improved marginally on Monday as gains in Chinese equities and data showing steady imports of copper into the country soothed investors’ concerns about demand for the metal from the world’s second-largest economy.
Copper futures for September delivery rose 0.7 cent or 0.3% to settle at $2.5445 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. While, copper on the London Metal Exchange closed up 0.02 percent at $5,591 a ton.
