Great work as always Kristin! The definition of ‘brand’ is ever evolving but has always been more about how we relate on an emotional level then what colors or tag lines we use. There is also a direct line that can be drawn between what this product says about me and our affinity to it — people don’t buy products anymore they buy into a lifestyle (whether it’s their lifestyle or one they aspire to have).
