Great piece Chris… It’s been fun and interesting following your Pardot/Salesforce trip (someone from salesforce called me yesterday wanting to know what CRM we used, and when I told her, she didn't try to sell me on SF… it was interesting…).

We’re trying to change the way and what we sell, too, somewhat on the B2C side, but especially on the B2B side, focusing on innovation and products we’ve never sold before. It’d be interesting to catch up with you and get your thoughts on selling old products in a new world, or old companies selling new products… how do you bring innovation to a 114 year old company?
