We envision a world of equality: one where all talent and all contributions are equally welcome; Where people learn from each other; and where we use the work of tech and innovation in tech to become better versions of ourselves.

We bring awareness and support for — women and their contributions to the tech industry, with a focus on gender issues including equality, empowerment, and freedom from any form of harassment.

Our work of 8 years globally has been to create for the Women in STEM a welcoming, safe space with a focus on gender issues including equality, empowerment, and freedom from any form of harassment.

In the last few years, this work has evolved into a Behavior Science Working Group supporting healthy gender dynamics, including using our research to combat sexual harassment and tools to create a safer world for men and women.

The most respected experts in gender etiquette and social ethics from all over the world are a part of this effort.

Inclusivity is at the core of our vision. We balance participation across gender, cultures, and experiences. We work with men and women who have been involved in or are contributors to harassment. This fuels our broader mission to change the culture of sexism in STEM. We explore perspectives on how power dynamics contribute to the sexism in tech culture and benefits of moving to a culture of equality, safety, and respect.

Our conversations may not be comfortable to some. They are authentic, honest and focused on positive change. We intend to bring understanding to the motivations and biases underlying the STEM culture and curate discussions that broaden perspectives and above all, become the building blocks of an improved culture shift.
