1. This video uses a time-lapse of different visuals to help get the point across that is trying to be made. It changes the pictures every 5 seconds or so and it actually shows the pictures being drawn so it keeps your attention.
2. By using Jay-Z it makes people my age listen more intently because we are also fans of his family, lifestyle, and music. It also sounds like if you put a beat behind what he is saying it will almost make it sound like he is rapping.
3. The message is definitely geared towards to younger generation because of the style that it uses. He occasionally will stop and say “got it?” to make sure the audience is still listening and understanding what he is trying to say. Also, the phrase “epic fail” is definitely a phrase that is used by the younger generation so by using that phrase he is trying to connect with us and make us see that there is a problem.
