Two men

They both have been living in the same flat for almost 6 months. One is an artist and the other is a lawyer.

It’s been raining from the last night, they both woke up at dawn to see early sunrise. One entered into the kitchen to make tea, other went downstairs to bring cigarettes. He came back with cigarettes and joined the other sitting in balcony seeing the city sinking in water.

Boy1: *Lights cigarette.
Boy2: *Takes a sip of tea.
Boy1: *Drags a puff, passes it to other and takes a sip of tea.
Boy1: *Drags a long puff and turns his head to face the other and says, “I love you, will you live with me in the same flat, share a cigarette every morning all my life?”
Boy2: “I love you too, but what about the soci……”

They never shared a cigarette again.
