Hi Chris,

Thank you for sharing your morning secrets. I do some similar things in the morning also, like enter into a state of gratitude via meditation so I may organize my physiology for 15 minutes whilst also deep breathing to open the lungs and vent my body off sleepy air & drink lemon, hot water, teasp organic maple syrup from Canada and a dash of cayenne pepper to burn off parasites from intake of minimal sugar the previous day.

You are right about finding what works for you, I went through a lot of giddy ups but I am grateful to have come across something that works for me, now I get to share that with my clients :).
