Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest

Eustis, FL: Yes, you can still find pumpkins and fall activities in sunny Florida! Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest is embracing the fall spirit with its A Lot of Pumpkins pumpkin patch. The pumpkins are picked fresh and displayed in a shaded area to help preserve their freshness. They are priced by size, and prices range from $3 to $13. Open from October 2nd to Halloween, Friday through Sunday.

Randy’s Pumpkin Patch

Lawrenceville, GA: Not only does Georgia have peaches and apple picking, but they also have pumpkin patches. Randy’s Pumpkin Patch is a favorite in the Atlanta area. Admission is free, but the extra activities require tickets. What are those activities? Randy’s Pumpkin patch also offers Trackless Train, Bunny Petting Zoo, Giant Slide, Soft haunted house, pony rides, maze, 3 bounce houses, and more!. Tickets are only $1 per activity.

Apple Hill Orchards

Mansfield, OH: Ohio has much to offer during the fall season! Just ask Apple Hill Orchards. Throughout the harvest season, Apple Hill Orchards invites you to enjoy a hayride through the orchards along with apple picking and their pumpkin patch. You can also interact with their farm animals and take a peek at their bees through the observation beehive!

B.J. Reece Orchards

Ellijay, GA: We know you may have heard of Georgia peaches, but how about those apples? B.J. Reece Orchards offers apple picking during the fall season. B.J. Reece Orchards is 120 acres where they grow 30 different varieties of apples. The calendar on their website lists what variety of apples are available before your visit. This orchard is also dog-friendly, so you can bring the entire family!

Lawrence Orchards

Marion, OH: Need an activity for a nice fall weekend? Lawrence Orchards is here to bring you Harvest Saturdays! For 3 Saturdays in October, Lawrence Orchards is offering pick-your-own-apples along with multiple food choices from local food trucks. Apple picking really works up an appetite. On the last Saturday in October, Lawrence Orchards brings you Apple Butter and Horseradish Day, where you can make your own apple butter. Sounds like the perfect fall experience!

Scott’s Maze Adventures

Mount Dora, FL: Move over Midwest states; Florida has corn mazes too! Year after year, Scott’s Maze Adventures creates a corn maze with a unique design, twisting pathways, questions and answers, and picture rubbings. Each year also has a different theme. This year’s theme is Dinosaurs! Scott’s Maze Adventures offers a 6.5-acre corn maze along with a huge jumping pillow, 60ft super slide, giant castle-like playground, pumpkin patch, and a 1/2 acre mini maze for a shorter journey into the corn. There’s so much to do and plenty of time to do it all this October.

Sleepy Hollow Farm

Powder Springs, GA: What’s better than a pumpkin patch? A pumpkin patch and a corn maze found at Sleepy Hollow Farm. Located near the Atlanta area, Sleepy Hollow Farm offers a chance to take a daytime tractor ride, explore their corn maze, and then pick out your perfect pumpkins to add to your fall decorations. That’s not all it offers! Sleepy Hollow Farm also has kids’ games in their farm playground, farm animals, a country store, nature Ninja (for ages 5–12), and Escape Woods escape game adventures. Tickets can be purchased on their website.

Hoover Gardens & Gift Center

Westerville, OH: Looking for something Halloween-themed but not scary? Hoover Gardens & Gift Center may be the stop for you. Hoover Gardens & Gift Center offers visitors the chance to experience a creepy but not scary, family-friendly Halloween maze. Admission is free, but they do accept donations. The maze is open Monday-Sunday.
