What Is Nutaku?
Nutaku is an online community offering a wide selection of free-to-play games. The site provides a space for players to come together with other gaming enthusiasts to share, collaborate, and compete against each other in a friendly environment.
Is Nutaku A Game Developer?
No. Nutaku partners with game creators from around the world to localize and host their games, but it is not a game developer.
Do I Have To Pay To Access Games On Nutaku?
You can play all Nutaku Online Games free of charge. You may also enhance your gaming experience by purchasing gold and spending it on in-game items. For more on gold purchasing, see the Gold Purchasing section of the FAQ.
Can I Play Against Other People?
Yes. Some Nutaku games have a multiplayer element, pitting you against other live players from around the world.
My Gold Was Spent But I Can’t See The Items.

How Do I Contact A Game Developer?
Inquiries about game content or purchased items can be sent through the Gameplay Support Form.
How Do I Check A Reply From A Game Developer?
Replies will be sent to you as a message through the on-site messaging feature. To check your messages, visit here.
How Do I Save My Game Data?
Your game state is linked to your account. you can quit at any time and your progress will be saved automatically.
How Do I Delete My Game Data?
Game data cannot be deleted. Some game data may be lost after a period of inactivity exceeding 12 months.
Who Should I Contact If I Find Improper In-Game Content?
Please contact the developer through the Gameplay Support Form.
My Game Data Has Disappeared After Not Logging in for 12 Months — Where Did It Go?
Some games may deactivate your account or delete your player data without notice if they see you haven’t played for 12 months or more.
Why Does My Screen Sometimes Go Black During In Game Cutscenes?
Players who use browser extensions such as AdBlock or AdBlock Plus may experience cutscene issues when these services misidentify in-game content as ads. Since Nutaku contains no advertising, we recommend adding our domain to your white-list or disabling ad blockers while using the site.
How Do I Buy A Game On Your Site?
While logged into your Nutaku account, access our downloadable games tab from the games page. There, you’ll see a selection of titles available for direct download on your PC. To complete the purchase, click on the game you’d like to play, then select ‘Purchase Game’. If you have the required Nutaku gold on your account, the purchase will be completed. If you don’t have the required Nutaku gold, you’ll be taken directly to the ‘buy gold’ page.
How Do I Download A Game After I’ve Purchased It?
When a purchase has been successfully completed, a “Download Game” button will appear on the game’s page. Selecting this option will begin the download. You can view all the games you have purchased on your profile page.
What Operating System (E.G. Windows, Mac, Linux) Is Required To Run My Game?
Check the individual game’s page to discover which operating systems are supported. You’ll find the information under “operating systems” of the “PC requirements” tab.
I Noticed A Bug Or Error In The Game. Who Should I Report This To?
You can report an error in the game directly to the game’s developers. Please contact the developer through the Gameplay Support Form on the game page.
Are The Games I’ve Purchased Linked To My Nutaku Account?
Yes. Your account is your key to accessing the games you’ve purchased. Login to view the titles you’ve purchased and re-download them if necessary.
What Happens If I Lose Access To My Nutaku Account?
If you’ve lost your account password you can reset it by visiting the password reset page and requesting that a replacement be sent to the email associated with your account. If you’ve lost both your password and the email, you will be unable to regain access to your account.
Do The Games In Nutaku’s Store Feature Digital Rights Management (DRM)?
Some titles contain DRM options chosen by the game’s developer. Check individual game pages for further information.
Do I Need To Be Logged Into My Nutaku Account To Play One Of My Downloaded Games?
Some games will require you to verify your account before installation. After this verification, you will be able to play your purchased games offline.
Can I Download My Games Onto Multiple Devices/Computers?
Games without DRM can be downloaded to as many devices as desired. Games with DRM may be installed on up to five devices, with unlimited downloads. Check individual game pages for further information on DRM settings.
How Do I Install A Game I’ve Downloaded From The Store?
For Windows Users:
Once you’ve downloaded a title from the Nutaku store, you’ll find the game file in your downloads folder. It contains everything you need to play — but first, you’ll need to ‘unzip’ the file. If you don’t have an unzip program already installed on your computer, Nutaku recommends the free, open-source program 7-Zip. After installing 7-Zip or an equivalent file archiving program, return to the game file in your downloads folder and double-click the folder. Then, select “Extract”. You’ll be asked to select the destination you’d like your game files to be extracted to. After the files have been extracted, you’ll see the game folder in the destination you chose.
Double click this folder, then look for “GameName.exe”, where “GameName” is the name of the game you purchased. Double click to launch the title.
For Mac Users:
Once you’ve downloaded an item from the Nutaku store, you’ll find the game file in your downloads folder. It contains everything you need to play — but first, you’ll need to ‘unzip’ the file. Double click this folder, then look for “GameName.py”, where GameName is the name of the game your purchased. Double click to launch the title.
I Can’t Log Into A Game I Am Registered With.
Violations of the terms of service may result in access to your Nutaku account being restricted without notice. Note that use of unauthorized third-party programs will restrict your access whether their use is deliberate or not.
How Do I Find My User Page?
Your user page can be found by selecting your avatar after you’ve logged in.
I’ve Lost My Password, How Can I Reset It?
Please visit our password reset page and follow the instructions. Your new password will be mailed to the email address associated with your account.
Can I Edit My Registered Profile?
You can change your nickname on the Edit Profile screen. You may not change your birthday or age, but this information is not shared on the site.
How Do I Buy Gold For My Profile?
You can access the Buy Gold page here. Follow the instructions to select the method by which you would like to purchase gold. Once you’ve entered your payment information and confirmed the purchase, gold will be credited to your account.
Can I Use Other People’s Artwork On My Profile?
How Do I Close My Account?
Follow this link to the account closing page. Select the “Close my account” button at the bottom of the page.
Can I Reopen My Account At A Later Date?
No. Once your account has been closed, you will need to open a new account to play on Nutaku.
What Is A Message?
A message is a form of on-site communication that arrives in your inbox. You will receive a message notification when another player writes to you or a developer replies to your support request.
How Long Are Messages Stored In My Inbox?
Messages are stored indefinitely or until they are deleted by the user.
How Do I Unsubscribe Or Change Settings Of Notification Emails?
You can change your settings for notification emails from the “Notification Email Setup” panel in the User Settings. Select the frequency you wish to receive email, then select “Save”.
How Do I Search For A User?
In the community tab, enter a user`s name in the search box. A list of users with matching names will appear in the field below. Select one to view their profile.
How Do I Follow Another User?
In the community section, search for a user’s name to find their profile page. Then, select the “follow” button beneath their avatar.
How Do I Change My Avatar?
On your user profile, select the “Edit Profile” button beneath your avatar. Then, select the “Change avatar” option on the right. You’ll be presented with a list of possible images to use as your avatar; select one, then click the red save button at the bottom of the box.
How Do I Hide My Profile Information?
To prevent other users from seeing your gender or birthday, select the edit profile button on your profile page, then check the “Do not display on profile” box beneath either section.
How Do I Block Other Users From Following Me?
To prevent another user from seeing your updates, visit their profile and select the “Block” option beneath their avatar. Users will still be able to view your profile, but they will no longer receive your updates.
How Do I Report A User For Abusive Or Harassing Behavior?
On the offending user’s profile, select the “report” button beneath their avatar. Please provide a brief description of the abusive or harassing behavior for Nutaku staff to review, then hit ‘Send’. You will be contacted within 48 hours by a member of the Nutaku staff with a result of the inquiry. To avoid unwarranted reporting, please be sure to familiarize yourself with Player Code of Conduct offered here.
How Do I Contact Nutaku Regarding Problems With The Site?
The Nutaku general inquiries page offers 24-hour telephone and live chat customer support to assist users experiencing problems with credit card registration or purchases. There is also a “message us” section for submitting site bugs, complaints, feedback, or other non-urgent issues you would like to bring to Nutaku’s attention.
Why Did I Get A Warning Email?
A warning email may be sent regarding behavior found to be violating the terms of service. Repeated warnings may result in a site-wide ban.
What Actions Should I Take If There Is A Conflict Between Users?
Except in cases where there is a breach in the terms of service, Nutaku will take no role in resolving disputes between users.
Can I Refund My In-Game Purchases Of Items Or Currency?
In-game purchases are non-refundable.
The Website Says My Browser Isn’t Supported. What Browser Should I Use?
Nutaku games run best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. If you are using one of these browsers yet still receiving an error message, try updating your browser by selecting the appropriate link from the choices above.
How Do I Unsubscribe To The Newsletter?
If you are no longer interested in receiving updates on Nutaku games, follow the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter and select “unsubscribe from this newsletter.” You’ll be permanently removed from the mailing list.
How Can I Refer A Friend For Bonus Gold?
Your referral code will be listed on your Nutaku profile page under the “Referral Code” tab. Copy the website URL contained on this tab and send it to a friend. When they sign up using the referral link you’ve provided, your account will automatically be credited with bonus gold.
Is There A Limit To How Many Friends I Can Sign Up?
You are limited to five referral bonuses per account. Further signups from your referral link will not provide bonus gold.
