I have always said that graphics may be king, but gameplay is god. In today’s blog I will be discussing with you guys about the first screenshot that was released last evening. If you have not already seen the screenshot I will have it posted below, but this screenshot shows Colin Kaepernick scrambling for yards. This big deal in this picture is the tatoos on his arm. This addition answers a huge request from gamers all over the world. As I was thinking about this blog post I started to get really excited for Madden 15. So excited I made a video about it:
The key take away I want you all to see in this video is when I began talking about the meaning of these graphics for the Madden Franchise in general. This addition changes the game forever and raises the expectations for this season’s game. It will be interesting to see some gameplay as this progresses, but this picture is an amazing first impression.
In closing I want to reiterate, while graphics may be king, gameplay is always god. If Madden 15 does not produce with amazing gameplay than this screenshot means nothing, but if this screenshots provides a 5 second screenshot of what Madden 15 will play like then the game will be a huge success. With the power of the next gen consoles and the year they have had to develop the game they no loger have the excuse of last season that the game was rushed. However, there were many good things about nex gen Madden 25 like:

So now we close with the question, What will Madden 15 be like? In the end e can only hope, but after seeing this picture I expect EA to knock Madden 15 out of the park, and it will be a hige success. Once again time will tell because while the screenshot looks incredible. Graphics are king, but Gameplay will always be god.
