You see.. In order to make a lot of errors you have to speak a lot. You can not make errors by sitting quietly by yourself listening or reading.
So the more errors you make, the more you are speaking.

The more errors you make, the more practice you get.
The more practice you get, the better you are speaking.
The more errors you make, the more times you’ll be corrected.
The more times you’ll be corrected, the more things you will learn.
