Reich is so damn right, cause Clinton could get this so damn wrong

I think that you and I and others have to volunteer in the campaign. We have to be ready for some frustration because people who have worked their way up through the system will wonder what we are doing there, but it is, as you say, critically important.

Also important is to have some empathy for the challenges that older women have had to face. When I was young, I thought everyone wanted me around because I was a brilliant scientist. As I got older, I realized, it was because they thought I was cute. I thought back then that I knew the rules, but I didn’t.

We all have our paths and our experiences can be very different. Empathy is an incredibly important characteristic of successful leaders. Let’s work together and do our best to contribute and listen.
