A great article. A few years ago whilst in London, I did a six week course in M/Meditation. We did the walking, eating, hearing and breathing meditation. I have to say that at the end of the course I found it confusing as I noticed that I’d be angry or easily annoyed, which didn’t make sense, as after all, this is supposed to be a meditation practice.

I left it after a while and began again but this time, I do the breathing meditation along with Wayne Dyer’s audio I Am that I Am. It is proving to be interesting as I feel a surge of warmth spread throughout my body each time I do it.

I wouldn’t dismiss Mindfulness, just perhaps its not for everyone.
