I love your point, and I agree I think if anything this pressure usually drives a whole lot of operations on a daily basis when looked at positively. My point when it comes to pressure is feeling that we’re trying to push for one image of what an “entrepreneur” is, and discrediting people who might take a different route to reaching their startup’s goals. My problem isn’t with pressure, it’s with this “I’m working 24/7” image (which isn’t necessarily bad), but it’s oversold and it doesn’t leave room for conversations about well-being, about mistakes, and about human errors. I hope I’m making sense.
